Nazario was recommended by a friend when I needed my house painted in September of 2009. It was a very good recommendation! Nazario was competitive on his price for the same paint from another painter. When we hired Nazario he told us that he would be out in two weeks….in two weeks his crew showed up….amazing, as the other painters I’d used in the past were never prompt. He and his crew found some additional issues that needed to be repaired, and did them and did them very well. They were very professional and courteous and left the surroundings clean each day. When the job was done they made sure the area was cleaned up and that we were satisfied before they left. The house looked great, and still does after two years. I’m having Nazario and his crew come back to paint inside my house next. I would highly recommend Nazario and his team to any of my friends….and have done so.

I had Nazario paint my house last year and was very pleased with the job he and his crew did. They also pressured washed the decks and painted them also. These turned out very good. The deck and outside of the house have never looked so nice. He was always eager to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction ( and it was). I would highly recommend him for any painting job.

Nazario and his crew recently painted some of the front of our house and almost all of the walls in the living area on the inside including a very large screened porch. We used Palencia Painting and Remodeling to paint the exterior of our house. Our neighbors recommended them to us. Nazario was wonderful to work with. He and his men were extremely hard working and did a great job. He always called to tell me when they were coming and were very reliable! They also did remodeling work and replaced rotted wood and windows all over the house. He also painted our deck for us and it looks wonderful! Nazario even went so far as to say he would tile my upper porch for me out of his own pocket in order to maintain the integrity of his work. He has been back to the house to check it and be sure we were happy with the work and repainted a couple spots without me asking. We would highly recommend him!!

Nazario and his crew have done great work both inside and outside our home. He literally saved me thousands of dollars I would have paid for new windows by cutting out and removing damaged sills and replacing them with a high-density PVC material. Nazario’s craftsmanship is truly amazing. He was able to match multiple trims and moldings and install the new pieces perfectly.

Nazario and his crew also painted my entire home after thoroughly pressure-washing, repairing rotten wood and properly caulking all the cracks. We have received many compliments on the quality of his work. .
